Formally the Creative Director of Pro Arts, Natalie is now the Creative Director of Creative Spotlight. She is also a professional actress who trained at The Brit School and received her MA in Acting from East 15 Acting School. She works in many theatres ranging from The Old Vic to The Soho Theatre, on some great TV shows and can be seen in numerous National TV Ad Campaigns including Reed, American Express, Hyundai and Clover Butter.
Natalie also has experience working with young offenders using drama as a rehabilitation tool and has worked as a Drama facilitator throughout the country. She specialises in musical theatre and audition techniques and has experience directing school productions.
Many of her students have gone on to study at prestigious schools such as The Brit School of Performing Arts and have appeared on Britain’s Got Talent.
Alison Burton has extensive recruitment experience, sourcing talent for established and successful City based organisations, including running assessment centres and psychometric testing to identify skills and strengths of candidates.
She has developed new business with many key clients and has worked on numerous high volume recruitment campaigns, establishing relationships with global organisations and gaining repeat business. During this time she has also mentored teenagers within the local community, using her recruitment skills and corporate knowledge across many sectors to deliver career workshops, providing careers advice and support to teenagers and women alike.
Having designed and delivered numerous interactive career workshops with companies such as Pro Arts, to schools, communities and individuals she has also provided teenagers with knowledge and key tips in job searching and preparing for entering into corporate environments and higher education. Alison has excellent relationship building skills and the ability to engage with teenagers to provide support and mentoring.
Jonathan has 15 years experience as an actor, director, producer, writer and musician. He is Artistic Director of the theatre company NMT Automatics which he has steered since its conception. He has been a part of the Pro Arts team of workshop facilitators for a number of years where he has enjoyed delivering careers and PSHE workshops to a wide range of schools. He also facilitates at The British Museum on a freelance basis, teaches at Westminster Synagogue and has worked in numerous schools as a learning support assistant. Jonathan is very happy to to work within the new venture that is Creative Spotlight.
