ELF HOME VISITS
When Christmas knocks on your door….
As you can imagine, we have been deliberating over whether to continue our Home Elf Visits this year. As a small business, we have been hugely impacted and we have unfortunately taken the decision to close our North Pole Headquarters for Christmas 2020.
This was not an easy decision for us to make and we are truly grateful to you all for booking our services in previous years...some of you have been with us since the very beginning and we are so thankful!!
Our hearts are heavy and we thank you for the cherished memories over the years.
We hope to come back in 2021 so watch this space.

How does it all work?
Once you have received your confirmation, Santa and his elves will get to work in getting your gifts together to be delivered by our elves. TICK AND TOCK will arrive at your home and announce that they have been sent by Santa Claus.
They will tell an enchanted story, sing some festive songs and maybe get up to a little mischief. They will decide who is going on the nice list or naughty list and will leave your child with a gift, a gift for the organizer, reindeer dust so that Rudolph can find his way, and a memory that will last forever.
All our elves have fully enhanced, up to date CRB/DBS checks, and are equity members with public liability insurance.
Can we get a visit from Santa himself instead of seeing him in his grotto?
Unfortunately Santa is extremely busy this time of year so he is in the North Pole making sure that everything is ready for Christmas eve. TICK AND TOCK have been asked by Santa to help with the naughty and nice list! He checks it twice so this can take him quite a while.
Can we team up with another family?
Yes! If you wanted to get a few families together in the same house for a visit from our elves we can cater for up to 10 children. If you would like us to cater for a larger group or Christmas parties please contact Elf HQ where head elf will be happy to help.
I need to cancel my booking
Our elves have a busy schedule, therefore we are unable to refund any bookings as our elves will have already started the long journey from the North Pole. However, if your schedule changes and you wish to move your visit to another day or time, our Head Elf will do their best to work a solution out.
We had a visit last year from JINX AND JINGLE. Will the visit be the same?
Get ready for new songs, new stories, new presents and of course mischief We like to keep things fresh, including the experience. You will have the same amount of fun… if not more. The all important Naughty and Nice book will feature as Santa checks it twice every year.
